All customer payments move through officially approved channels only. We never ask a partner to use a personal account to receive customer funds.
Net rates, supplier terms and customer information stay confidential, protected under the signed partnership agreement.
No territory is exclusive unless it is expressly granted in a signed written agreement.
Approval leads to a separate, signed Franchise, Partnership, Agency or Reseller Agreement that sets out the final rights and obligations of both parties.
