When you pay a deposit or balance online, your payment is processed securely by Pesapal, our payment gateway. We do not see or store your card number — Pesapal handles that directly under its own privacy and security policies.

We also collect basic, anonymised analytics about how visitors use our website (pages viewed, general location, device type) through Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use tracking cookies and does not identify you personally.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare your quote, confirm and manage your booking, communicate with you before and during your trip, and improve our website and services. We do not sell your information to anyone.

3. Who We Share It With

We share the minimum information necessary with:

• The guides, ground partners, lodges and transport providers who deliver your safari;
• Pesapal, to process your online payment;
• Service providers who host our website and manage our email on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations to us.

We do not share your information with anyone else without your consent, except where required by Tanzanian law.

4. How Long We Keep It

We keep booking and enquiry records for as long as needed to deliver your trip and to meet our accounting and legal obligations — typically no more than seven years after your trip.
