An Asilia tented camp in a wild, seldom-visited corner of southern Tarangire — a small classic camp known for walking safaris and fly-camping as well as drives.
Oliver's Camp sits deep in the quiet south-east of Tarangire, well away from the day-trip traffic near the gate. It's a small camp — around ten classic tents under shade trees — and one of the few in Tarangire licensed for walking safaris and overnight fly-camping, which makes it a good choice for a second, more adventurous night after a mid-range lodge.
Game viewing here is dry-season focused (June to October), when Tarangire's elephant concentrations are at their peak.
