Tell us your dates, group size and interests through our contact form or by email. We reply within 24 hours.
We build a tailor-made itinerary and a clear, itemised quote — no booking fees, no hidden costs.
A 30% deposit confirms your trip and locks in your dates. We then handle the bookings with our ground partners.
The remaining balance is due no later than 60 days before your safari begins, on the date shown in your confirmation.
Secure Online Payment
We accept Visa and Mastercard through Pesapal, a secure payment gateway used across East Africa. Use the amount shown on your confirmation email or invoice — deposits and balances are both paid the same way. All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless your quote says otherwise.
Good to Know
Your deposit confirms bookings with our ground partners and is non-refundable in all cases. The refund percentages below apply to the remaining balance, calculated from your safari's start date.
Full refund of any payments beyond your deposit.
50% of your total trip cost is refundable. The remaining 50%, including your deposit, is non-refundable.
Your booking is non-refundable. We recommend travel insurance to cover unexpected changes to your plans.
