4-Day Serengeti National Park Safari

4 days Private safari, 2–7 guests per 4x4 from $1,550 per person

The Serengeti is a 27,000 km² UNESCO World Heritage Site at the heart of the Serengeti–Mara ecosystem. In the Maa language, siringet means "endless plains" — and on a four-day trip spent entirely inside the park, that is what you see.

The route runs through the wildlife-rich central Seronera area and then into the western corridor, one of the most remote and least-visited parts of the park, before a final game drive out through the Ngorongoro highlands back to Arusha. Two full days and two half-days of game viewing, with the pace set by the wildlife rather than the road.

Itinerario Giorno per Giorno

1
Arusha to the Serengeti

Pick-up in Arusha and the drive west through the Karatu farmland and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, dropping into the Serengeti in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight in the park.

2
Central Serengeti

A full day of game drives around Seronera in the central Serengeti — the year-round heart of the park, with resident lion, leopard, cheetah and elephant. Picnic lunch out in the park. Overnight in the park.

3
Western Serengeti

Morning game viewing in the western corridor along the Grumeti River, one of the most remote and secluded parts of the Serengeti. Back to camp for lunch and a rest, then an afternoon drive. Overnight in the park.

4
Serengeti to Arusha

An early game drive as you head east out of the park, with a packed lunch and game viewing en route through the highlands. Late-afternoon arrival back in Arusha for a hotel or airport drop-off.
